Sonnenklar Energie, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:
- Process requests, respond to queries, or any type of request made by the USER on the CONTROLLER's website.
- Send the newsletter about news, offers, and information about activities.
Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- Due to the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: processing requests, etc. at the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody, and when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction. This implies that, once subscribed to our newsletter, we will keep your email until you tell us otherwise. Regarding your request, we will keep the data to be able to attend to your query. Once attended, we will delete them.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights that assist the USER are:
- Right to access, rectify, portability, and erasure of your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority www.aepd.es if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it will not be possible to provide our services.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated appropriate information to them so they can exercise them.
